What Usually Shows Up Alongside Roof Work
Fascia damage is the most common thing we find once a gutter comes down, since a gutter that has been overflowing for a season or two slowly softens the wood behind it. We replace fascia in matching material and repaint or re-wrap it so the repair is not visibly different from the rest of the trim. Soffit panels that have come loose or gone soft from moisture get the same treatment, checked while we are already up there for the roof itself.
Siding damage from hail shows up as dents in vinyl or fiber cement, or in some cases cracked panels where a large stone hit directly. We match the existing siding profile and color as closely as the product line allows, and where an exact match is not available we place the new panels where they are least noticeable rather than in the middle of a visible wall.
Standalone Repairs Without a Roof Job
Not every repair call starts with the roof. We also take on siding repairs, fascia replacement, and small carpentry fixes on their own, without needing a roofing job attached to justify the visit. If a piece of trim came loose in a windstorm or a section of siding needs patching after a tree limb came down, that is a fine reason to call on its own.
We also handle small framing and carpentry repairs around a porch, deck, or outbuilding when they come up alongside other work, particularly on older properties where one repair tends to reveal another once we start pulling off damaged material. Rather than stopping at the original scope and leaving a homeowner to find a separate contractor for the next piece, we will point out what else we see and let you decide whether to fold it into the same visit.
